Affiliate terms

1. Taking part

Participation is by invitation or after approval of your application. We review every application by hand and are not required to explain a rejection.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, including your company details and the account we pay out to.

You may not transfer your account to someone else without our written consent.

2. Attributing customers

A customer is attributed to you when they take out a paid subscription within 60 days of the last click on your referral link. We call that last click.

If a visitor clicks another participant's link within that period, the customer is attributed to them. Direct traffic without a referral link does not override an existing attribution.

You may not take out your own subscription, or that of a company connected to you, through your own link.

3. Commission

On the affiliate track you receive a € 35 activation bonus per customer, plus 15% of every successful invoice for 12 months from the first successful payment.

The activation bonus is awarded after the customer has paid without interruption for sixty days and there has been no reversal in that period.

On the partner track you receive 25% of every successful invoice, with no end date, for as long as the customer pays. The white label subdomain fee is not charged to you and does not count towards the base.

The base is the amount actually collected, excluding VAT and after discounts and promo codes. Add-ons count towards it.

4. Payout

We pay out monthly. A commission line becomes final thirty days after the payment, unless a reversal takes place in that period.

Payout happens from a balance of € 50 upwards. If you do not reach that in a month, the balance rolls over to the next round.

If you are VAT registered, you invoice the VAT to Planvyo. You indicate this in your dashboard.

5. Reversals and settlement

If a payment is refunded or charged back, the matching commission lapses. If it has already been paid out, we settle the amount against your next payout. Your balance can temporarily go negative as a result.

In cases of demonstrable fraud, self referral or circumventing these terms, the right to all outstanding commission lapses.

6. How you may promote

You do not advertise on the Planvyo brand name, on variations or misspellings of it, or on domain names resembling it.

You do not use coupon, cashback or discount code sites, and make no claims about discounts we do not offer.

You make no misleading claims about pricing, features or results, and do not suggest that you are Planvyo or speak on our behalf.

You send no unsolicited email and post no spam on forums or in comments.

You use our name, logo and material only as supplied in the media kit.

7. Changes to rates

We may adjust the rates and terms of the programme. We announce any change by email at least sixty days in advance.

A change applies only to referrals created after the effective date. Customers you brought in before that date run out their term under the conditions that applied at the time of conversion.

8. Ending participation

You can stop at any time. Commission on customers you already brought in is settled under these terms.

We may end your participation on breach of these terms, on fraud, on damage to the reputation of Planvyo, or when your account has had no activity for twelve months.

If participation ends due to breach or fraud, the right to outstanding commission lapses.

9. Data

We process your data to run the programme and to pay you. Your payout details are stored encrypted.

We keep click data and log files no longer than necessary, twelve months by default. See our privacy policy for the full explanation.

10. Other

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.

If any provision is void, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
