How and when you get paid
When
Monthly, as soon as your balance reaches € 50. Below that the amount rolls over to the next month.
Where to
By bank transfer to the IBAN you enter in your dashboard.
When it is final
A commission sits as pending for 30 days. If there is no reversal in that period it becomes final and joins the next payout round.
Invoicing
Amounts exclude VAT. If you are VAT registered you invoice it to Planvyo yourself; you tick that in your dashboard.
On refunds
If a payment is refunded or charged back we reverse the matching commission. If it was already paid out, we settle it against your next payout.
Ground rules
- · Do not bid on the Planvyo brand name or variations of it in ads.
- · No coupon, cashback or discount code sites.
- · No misleading claims about pricing, features or results.
- · No unsolicited email, no forum or comment spam.
- · No advertising that suggests you are Planvyo yourself.
Breaking these rules forfeits any outstanding commission and can end the account. The full text is in the affiliate terms.
Frequently asked questions
When do I get paid?
Monthly, as soon as your balance reaches € 50. A commission becomes final 30 days after the payment and then joins the next payout round.
What if a customer cancels?
Commission stops from the first invoice that is no longer collected. Everything the customer paid up to that point is yours.
How long does commission run?
12 months from the first successful payment. Partners have no end date, for as long as the customer pays.
Do I need to invoice?
You do not need to send an invoice to get paid. If you are VAT registered you indicate that in your dashboard and invoice the VAT to us.
Can I run ads?
Yes, except on the Planvyo brand name and variations of it. Advertising on generic terms such as "scheduling software" is fine.
How do you track who I brought in?
Through a 60 day cookie based on the last click. If a visitor later clicks someone else's link, the customer goes to them.
When do I get the activation bonus?
Once the customer has paid without interruption for 60 days and there has been no reversal. On annual plans the first invoice already counts.
Can I become a reseller instead?
Yes. The partner track pays 25% with no end date, white label included. You cannot apply for it through the form; get in touch via the partner page.
What is commission calculated on?
The amount actually collected, excluding VAT and after discounts and promo codes. Add-ons count towards it.
Is there a cap on what I can earn?
No. There is no limit on the number of customers and no quota to hit.
